Engage Dashboard: Viewing & Features

Engage Dashboard is where you can create and manage mailing lists, build mailing templates, schedule, manage and measure campaign emails. You can send any type of content including newsletters, conversations and also create welcome emails for auto sending when there are new signups to your landing pages. Features on this part of the platform include and exceed what you may be used to in email marketing platforms.

Manage Mailing List is where you can create a segment or group together a selection of people from your database that you want to send particular information to

•  For example, you may have 10,000 customers in your database and you only want to send it to people who are in a certain age range or go to a specific school, in this section you can create a segment of those people here
• You can do this with any category of your choice
• You are also able to view the mailing list that you have created in this section

Manage Mailing Template is where you can create newsletters, campaigns and any other marketing materials of your choice to send out to customers in your database.

• You can also save campaigns and edit them in this section.

Schedule & Manage Campaign is where you can send out the campaign you created from the Mailing Template. 

• You can schedule campaigns to be sent out right away or you can schedule them for a later time and day. 
• You can also view the campaigns you’ve sent in this section. 

Manage Welcome Email Template is where you can view and edit your welcome emails.
