Running, Combining, and Saving Email Campaign Reports
After sending a campaign, Oomiji lets you run performance reports on individual mailings or combine up to 12 mailings into a single comparative report. This article covers email campaign reports only. NPS reports are generated and downloaded from the Satisfaction section.
Reports can be saved so they load quickly on return visits, and refreshed when you want to pull in the latest engagement data.
Running a report
To run a report, navigate to Interaction, then
- Click Measure Email Performance
- Click the 3-dots menu to the right of the campaign, you wish to run the report on
- Click Reports
The first time a report runs, Oomiji pulls and processes your engagement data, which may take a moment.
You can select a single mailing for a standalone report, or check multiple mailings to combine them. A single report can include up to 12 mailings at once -- useful for reviewing a full quarter of newsletters side by side.
Saving a report
Give the report a name -- for example, "April 2026 Newsletter" or "Q1 Campaigns" -- and save it. Saved reports appear in the View Reports list and reload quickly on subsequent visits because the underlying data has already been processed.
To return to a saved report, navigate to Interaction > Measure Email Performance > View Reports.
Refreshing a report
Each saved report displays the date it was last updated. If you want to pull in new engagement data -- for example, to capture opens that arrived after your initial report -- select Refresh. Refresh performs a full data sync, not just a visual reload. The report will update to reflect any activity recorded since it was last generated.
Most engagement on a campaign concentrates in the first week after sending, so a refresh shortly after the first week typically captures the bulk of late activity. After that, additional refreshes will surface only minor changes.
